Program Information

Welcome to the High School Climate Challenge (HSCC), a program of Clean Air Champions (CAC). This new and innovative program was created to provide high school communities the tools to assess and reduce their school's carbon footprint and contribute to climate change solutions.

Our goals are to:

1. Educate students in grades 9-12 about the impacts of climate change.
2. Empower students to take a leadership role in investigating greenhouse gas emissions of their school.
3. Employ state of the art carbon audit tools that will support students in developing concrete and relevant action plans.
